    The staff at the reception was super helpful, especially Zafer, who gave us great tips and helped with our luggage. The breakfast spread was pretty decent too. The location is spot-on for exploring the area, and the room was spacious and comfy. We felt right at home!

    At the room rates we've managed to booked under Booked.net, it was really good value for the quality of accomodation, breakfast and services. Very grand reception and foyer and modern decorations in the restaurant. The rooms were very spacious with queen and king size beds and high quality furniture, good compliment toiletry. Good views from the rooms. The buffet breakfast has a wide range of food, and the waffle was delicious!

    We had dinner at the hotel, which the quality of food and service could be improved to match the price.

    The stay was enjoyable with an impressive breakfast spread that included delicious specialty omelettes made by Çoşkun. The hotel is conveniently situated just a short walk from the Mevlana Museum, making it perfect for sightseeing. Room 124 offered a nice view, but some minor maintenance issues were noticeable. it was a comfortable stay, especially thanks to helpful staff like Zafer, who assisted with our luggage and offered great recommendations for exploring the area.

    Very clean and comfortable hotel. The staffs are very helpful. Very near to Moulana Rumi RA Museum. I whole heartedly enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

    The self-service laundry option for a reasonable 30 LIRA was a nice touch for handling those travel messes. The overall hotel maintained a clean look, especially the lobby area with its bar and restaurant.

    Rooms felt dated, with hints of neglect like malfunctioning shower temperature controls and out-of-order TVs. Hallways had an unwelcoming vibe, reminiscent of a horror movie, while the persistent cigarette smell in both rooms ruined any chance for a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection was limited and underwhelming, and I found myself waiting too long for assistance when the card key needed to be reset. Communication from the reception lacked urgency.

    Chur, the location was awesome for getting to the Mevlana Museum, but the room cleanliness could be heaps better. Breakfast was solid, though, with good variety.

    Rooms are very clean, comfortable and with good equipments (international tv, wifi, business center, large bathroom). Staff is experienced and helpful in order to organize our trip. Breakfast match with the high standard of the hotel. Perfect for a business trip or for a short stay.

    The neighborhoods of the hotel is not very safe at night if you want to take a walk.
